Damone Bester -aka- Mr. So What is a dynamic speaker, an engaging host, MC & moderator, a 2 time-award-winning author (of MENDEL, a fictional, coming-of-age novel, the first of a trilogy series. The second book of the series, BLUE SMOKE RISES, distributed by Simon & Schuster will be released early 2026) and amazing voiceover artist.

Whether from the stage, virtually, or on the page his mission is to awaken courage and spark transformation through bold storytelling. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University and over 27 years in Social Services, Damone has a wealth of practical real-life experience that bursts forth onto the stage.
